Kamen Litov began the canine activity in 1963. In 1991, he created German Shepherd Club of Bulgaria named "Bulgarian Union for German Sheperd Dogs", beeing the President of this Kennel over 20 years.
His breeder affix is "Haus Kalia".
He became the president of Bulgarian Kennel Club in 2002. Kamen Litov is also national and international judge.
Kamen Litov participated as judge in many Dog Shows from Europe, Asia and South America.

Cristian Ştefănescu, former breeder of English Cocker Spaniel, is now breeding American Staffordshire Terrier. He started as judge twenty years ago (in 1992), becoming all round judge in 2005.
Cristian Ştefănescu is the President of Romanian Kennel Club from 2005, Honorary President of Agreement Dogs Club, also being Founder and President of Metropolitan Kennel Club Bucharest. He judged at the most famous dog shows of the world, in many countries from Europe, in India, Australia, Argentina, Brazil. Cristian Ştefănescu collaborated at some magazines about dogs and participated (as lecturer) at some workshops about dogs breeding, dogs conformation and dogs standards.
